That upgrade should have shipped with a new key for Windows 8.1 Pro. How do I get win 10 to Recognize that this machine had been upgraded via an anytime upgrade and get back to PRO? I suspect the downgrade occurred because the original windows key stored in bios was a Home Key. However now we upgraded it to Windows 10 via the free update and the machine has reverted to being Home Edition.
